K. Sarneczky (Konkoly天文台)の通報によると、6月25.9日UT、Piszkesteto観測所の0.60-m
Schmid望遠鏡で得たフィルターなしのCCD画像からP/2006 S1 (IAUC 8749を)を検出した。4枚の積分
合計した120秒露出イメージは恒星状で、尾はなかった。6月26.9日、R. Konyves-TothとSarneczky
が同じ望遠鏡で得た確認イメージでも、この彗星の頭部は恒星状で尾もなかった。
中野主一氏のNK 3215 (またはICQ Comet Handbook 2019)の予報に対し検出観測の残差は、赤経は
-0.54°(-32'.4)、赤緯は-0.11°(-6'.6)で、Delta(T)は、+0.69 dayであった。
MPC 102108のB. G. Marsdenの予報に対するDelta(T)は、+0.71 dayであった。
