P/2005 R2 (Van Ness), C/2005 W2 (Christensen), P/2005 XA54 (LONEOS-Hill), and Comet P/2000 EC98 = (60558)

    Observational activity at Geisei Observatory has somewhat slowed down, but astrometric observations have been making some progress. There haven't been bright comets recently, only faint ones.

    Observation of nucleus C of Comet 73P/Schwassmann-Wachmann 3 (C) will be reported next time. At the moment this comet seems to be a little fainter than predicted.
