Reports from Geisei Observatory <November 15, 2005>

P/2005 R2 (Van Ness), P/2005 U1 (Read), and P/2005 T4 (SWAN)

Since mid-November, good weather has been continuing, but bright moon hampers observation. A few days ago, the manufacturer of the 60cm reflector sent technicians over and restored it to the pre-breakdown conditions. The following observation results are in the MPC format. With high resolution film like TP6415 gone, it has become difficult to observe faint comets. CCDs are now the mainstream of comet observation.
