• Comet Tritton reappeared 25 years after its first apparition
This is an observation of P/2003 T1 at Geisei Observatory. The comet is barely visible at magnitude 10.5 in the 20cm refractor at 60x. It shows a 2'-long tail to the west. The magnitude estimated from a photograph on TM400 film is 11.5. The coma is about 60" in diameter.

The following magnitudes were determined by comparison with GSC stars:
